Manufacturing FAQ’s

What do I need to produce custom cut & sew clothing?

- Completed Patterns, Sew by Samples, Grading and Production Markers.
- Sourced fabrics, trims and necessary materials.
- Plus, any addition artwork for applications.

If you do not have any (or only some) of these items, Full Speed can help build assets with you.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for cut & sew programs?

Our order quantities are flexible; no MOQ’s. The more you produce, the lower your cost per unit.

No MOQ’s. For best pricing, units range between 150-200 pcs/style. Depends on the type of product and target delivery date.
1-10 units, sample costing
10-100 units, duplicate pricing

What if I don’t know what fabric to use? Or, what if I know what fabric I want to use but do not know where to source it?

No problem. Full Speed can help source the right fabric you need to produce any garment. Additional sourcing fees will apply depending on the number of fabrics to source and type of fabrics.

I am interested in both cut & sew clothing and wholesale clothing. How do I know what's best for my program?

Customers have both options with FS100, though the best choice for you comes down to a few variables - style, quantity per style, target price point/budget & delivery date. Wholesale products are ready available with generally faster production turnaround. Whereas custom cut & sew products require development time/costs and typically longer production lead times.
