DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
Steps To Build Proper Assets For Production.
01.
SUBMIT PRODUCT LINE DESIGNS FOR REVIEW
Submit any applicable material: product sketches/artwork, specs, existing samples and assets.
02.
ESTABLISH DEVELOPMENT
SCOPE OF WORK
All programs are unique. We service each client based desired program/product goals, expectations and budget.
03.
SOURCE MATERIALS
(if applicable)
Gather fabric and materials to be used for sampling. Customer can supply raw material if complete.
04.
CREATE PATTERN
All custom clothing developments must create a proper ‘pattern’ asset for each style. The pattern is a template comprised of each panel piece of the garment with sewing & necessary instructions.
05.
MAKE FIRST SAMPLE
Using the pattern template created, we print a digital copy used to cut & sew the first sample.
06.
REVISIONS
It’s common that necessary adjustments are made to the patterns (or materials) after each sample, until final approval.
07.
GRADING (SIZING)
Following approval of one size pattern/sample, ‘grading’ is done to spec all sizes for the style.
08.
SIZE-RUN SAMPLE SET
To test each size pattern spec after grading, we make a sample of each size for customer approval. Revisions/style may be necessary.
09.
DELIVER FINAL ASSETS
Customer receives pattern/marker files, samples and all important info to begin production.
10.
PRODUCTION
